This week we caught up with Roisin to get some tips on getting that look!
Next week -ever wondered how to create smouldering eyes? Step by step instructions on creating that sexy look!

Get The Look.
Luminous skin, Toffee Lips and Smokey greys are perfect for all occasions, both day and night. Foundations are so advanced these days, you can wear more product but you will look like your wearing almost nothing. To get away with such strong eyes, skin needs to be fresh yet flawless, and powder cannot be seen!! To get perfect yet natural skin, check out sheer foundations and the new HD (high definition) foundations and powders. I love the Make up Forever range and Smashbox.
STEP 1: Begin with the Eyes, you can mop up any mistakes from shadow and apply foundation after. To get eyelids matt apply a beige eyeshadow first. Use a smudgy eyepencil to line across upper lashline, winging it out at the outer corner, and then apply a matt grey shadow to the entire socket area, starting from where the eyeliner ends and working back into the socket. Looking up into a mirror line the inner rim of your eyes with a Grey liner and blend it across bottom lashes. Blend this with a soft applicator like a small brush or Qtip. Dot a darker shadow along on outer corner of socket line (The crease area between lashline and brow) and blend with a shadow brush upwards and outwards. Layer on dark colours and blend lightly to build up to an intense look. Choose a silver shadow, that’s not too shimmery and dab on inner corners of the eyes, then add a white shadow to the brow bone. Finish with lots of black mascara.
STEP 2: The backdrop for this smouldry look is a light, reflective base that is sheer enough to keep skin looking start-of-the-evening fresh, but with good coverage. Look for Sheer finish foundations or the new range of High Definition (HD) bases. Translucent powders are also lighter. Start by dabbing foundation on centre of the face, this area generally needs most coverage. I find using fingers rather than a brush to blend Sheer foundation works better as its consistency is quite thin so easy to blend. Then, simply cover up under-eye circles (Benefit Bo-ing is the ideal choice for tired eyes) and brighten this area with Touché Éclat by Y.S.L extending it up to cheekbones and temples. Apply a light layer of powder (HD for best results) to set. Dip a large brush into Bronzer and tip off excess, then lightly dust along cheekbones up to temples, along jaw line and the rest across forehead. Best to apply a couple of layers rather than one heavy, obvious application. Work your blush into apples of your cheeks upwards; use a cream one for that fresh sheen. I love Estee Lauders Cream Stick Blushes.
STEP 3: Line lips with a natural tone, and fill in outer corners of the lips blending inwards to get longer lasting colour. If you love that Nude look, but you have lots of colour in your lips, you will need to neutralise them first. Apply a light shade like Velvet matt liner in Belle De Jour by Nars for a dewy finish. Lancôme’s Colour Fever Gloss in Nude Prainha is the perfect no make up look gloss you will get!
Tip: Perfect Brows are really fashionable this season. Invest in a good Eyebrow pencil, Laura Merciers Eyebrow Pencil is free from that alien looking orange tone. This gives natural looking definition is easy to use. Finish with a brow Gel to set.
