Nickys Ragtales

2011 is now well and truly underway and we survived 2010, snow, floods, ash clouds et al! Work has started in earnest and the showroom is very busy. I don’t remember in all my years of business having such a great line up of super collections on offer. It used to be that as an agent I could do significant business on two or three collections. At last count I have 12! all of them seriously good, offering terrific product from first class companies. Like all small businesses we have had to tighten up and work harder. Minding your business has never been more important and this means focusing on what will yield the best results, being reactive to the market and offering a really good service to our customers. Retailers and boutiques around Ireland are working ever harder to make sure that their businesses survive and thrive through these challenging times. Luckily lots of them are calling or emailing in the appointments and I’m having a great reaction to an Ezine I sent out last week. I’ve hit 2011 running and am in a totally positive mood which I’m hoping will last. I’m looking forward to keeping you all up to date with what I’m up to every week. In the meantime have a fashionable week a2011 is now well and truly underway and we survived 2010, snow, floods, ash clouds et al! Work has started in earnest and the showroom is very busy.
